How Do I Book A Class/Service?
1. Click the "BOOK" button
2. Log into the "Gym Member Portal". (If you have never logged into the portal before, click forgot password, then create one via the email they send you.)
3. Once you are logged in, go to the schedule tab.
4. Then BOOM! You can see all of our available classes/services that you can book!

Chase Mastricola is an NCSF certified personal trainer! Chase is eager to assist you in reaching your fitness goals, specializing in functional fitness and athletic training!

InBody scanning is a specialized scale that gives you an accurate measurement of your water weight, muscle mass, skeletal weight, and fat.
Pocket Trainer
A Personal Trainer in your pocket! Our trainer Chase will plan personalized workouts for you. You can access workouts, watch instructional videos, and track your progress from your phone!
Tanning
Need a tan for a vacation or bodybuilding competition, swimsuit season, or a little extra Vitamin D? We offer tanning at our Berlin location, and carry lotion, tan extender, and tanning goggles as well!
