WHAT IS THE GRIZZLY FITNESS BOOTCAMP?
This summers Grizzly Bootcamp will be a 45 minute class that will guide you through a dynamic and comprehensive workout, suitable for participants of all experience levels. The class will feature a series of exercise stations targeting different muscle groups and functional movements. You'll engage in a variety of exercises like squats, lunges, kettlebell swings, push-ups, burpees, and more. With modifications and encouragement provided, everyone can challenge themselves appropriately and work towards improving strength, endurance, agility, and overall functional fitness! Get ready for an energizing, and inclusive functional fitness circuit training class!
